Dr. Vincent J. Sutton is a native of Lincoln, Nebraska, and a married father of four. He was board-certified in 1981 and is licensed in both Nebraska and Kansas.
Specializing in LASIK, ICL implants, cataracts and refractive surgery, Dr. Sutton received his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed a fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Sutton is board-certified and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Nebraska Medical Association, Lancaster County Medical Society and Nebraska Association of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. He is an associate professor in the Ophthalmology Department of the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Dr Sutton has eight active professional appointments: Lincoln Surgical Hospital, CHI Health St. Elizabeth and Nebraska Surgery Center in Lincoln, Jefferson County Hospital in Fairbury, York General Hospital in York, Fillmore County Hospital in Geneva, with all these located in Nebraska. He also has two clinics located at Community Memorial Hospital in Marysville, Kansas and Washington County Hospital in Washington, Kansas.
Dr. Sutton’s hobbies and interests include reading, watching movies, exercising and spending time with his grandchildren.
