Dr. Gregory Sutton, a Lincoln native, is board-certified and specializes in cataract, anterior segment, laser vision correction, glaucoma and corneal surgery. He received his medical degree and completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After a fellowship in glaucoma at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Dr. Sutton completed an additional fellowship in cataract and corneal transplant surgery in Savannah, Georgia. Dr. Sutton performs surgery at Lincoln Surgical Hospital in Lincoln and Beatrice Community Hospital in Beatrice, Nebraska.
Dr. Sutton is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Nebraska Medical Association, Lancaster County Medical Society, Nebraska Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons and Iowa Eye Association.
He and his wife, Dr. Margaret Kontras Sutton, a dermatologist, have three daughters who are all physicians. Dr. Sutton enjoys exercising, traveling, reading and spending time with his family.
