Dr. David Blodgett is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He grew up in Nebraska and received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, graduating cum laude. Dr. Blodgett completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery, Neuro-Ophthalmology and Orbital Disease in Michigan. Dr Blodgett is an accomplished author and lecturer on a variety of subjects in ophthalmology, surgery & neurology.
Dr. Blodgett is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has active professional appointments at Lincoln Surgical Hospital, Nebraska Surgery Center and Bryan Hospitals in Lincoln, Nebraska. Dr. Blodgett sees his patients at the Lincoln office.
He and his wife, Tina, enjoy cooking, creating amazing meals and are self-proclaimed ‘foodies’. They appreciate watching old movies, reading good books, traveling and walking their English Bulldog, Trudy, and Olde English Bulldogge, Gordo.
